STEP 1: Review the “zappers” on the Credibility Zapper Worksheet.

STEP 2: For each credibility “zapper,” think about your past behaviors and determine which rating best describes your past actions and behaviors. Record your score.                

STEP 3: Total your credibility “zapper” scores, and review your rating.

STEP 4: Based on your rating, identify what actions you can take to reduce the number of “zappers” impacting your credibility.
