SOLUTION: 

Incredible Intention

PURPOSE: Set an intention of how much time you'd like to spend in prayer, study or contemplation each day or week.

Time: < 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Each Sunday, determine how much time you’d like to spend in prayer and/or study time each week. Consider starting with either 5 minutes or 3 chapters per day.                                     

STEP 2: If you are going to study this week, determine what you are going to read/study on Sunday, so you won’t lose time deciding where to begin. Determine your timeframe or how many pages/chapters you’ll read. This will also give you a sense of accomplishment each day.

STEP 3: Once you’ve determined the amount of time to be spent in prayer and studying, set a reminder on your phone for a time that should be convenient for you each day, or whichever days you designate.

STEP 4: If you miss a day, double up on the next one later in the week so you’ll still reach your weekly goal.

STEP 5: Write down a key learning at the end of each session on how you can apply what you learned in your daily living.
