STEP 1: Using the What’s Going On? Worksheet, identify the situations, issues, or personal accountabilities that may be impacting your health, stress, and/or well-being.Â
STEP 2: For each area, rate the level of impact each area is having on your health, stress, and/or well-being.Â
Rating Scale
LOW = This area currently does not impact my health, stress, and/or well-being… nothing needs to change
MEDIUM = This area is impacting my health, stress, and/or well-being, however it is manageable right now
HIGH = This area is currently having a significant impact on my health, stress, and/or well-being… something has to change.
STEP 3: You may want to think about the following:
- Are there people in your personal and professional network who can help?
- Do you need to speak with your manager or significant other regarding these issues and together identify actions that you both can take in order to alleviate the situation?
- Are there commitments you need to reduce, put off, or break?
What will happen if you don’t take action to manage your health, stress, and/or well-being?
