Time: 15 - 30 Minutes 

STEP 1List out 3-5 colleagues you trust and feel comfortable collaborating with on well-being initiatives. Note their names, roles, and contact info in a spreadsheet. Consider:

  • Colleagues with shared interests (e.g., stress management, fitness).
  • Diverse perspectives (e.g., different roles, backgrounds) to enrich support. 

STEP 2: Spend a few minutes reflecting on your well-being needs. List 2–3 needs in your spreadsheet. Examples:

  • Stress relief (mindfulness practices).
  • Physical health (exercise accountability).
  • Emotional support (open discussions). 

STEP 3: Contact your peers to propose the network. Send them a message individually or in a group and express your ideas.

STEP 4: Plan a time to connect! Creating trusted relationships at work is vital to your overall well-being and ability to thrive!
