NOTE: If you are a manager, make time to share all the available wellness program resources with your team members.Â
STEP 2: Identify 2-3 your health and stress priorities. Examples:

- Mental health: Stress management or therapy access.
- Overall well-being: Work-life balance or mindfulness.Â
STEP 3: Align wellness programs to your needs. For example:
- Need: Stress management → Program: Free Headspace subscription.
- Need: Exercise → Program: Gym reimbursement. Identify underutilized programs and note enrollment steps.
STEP 4: If needed - schedule a 15-minute meeting with HR to clarify program details. Ask:
- “How do I enroll in [program, e.g., mental health support]?”
