Time: 30 Minutes - 1 Hour 

STEP 1: Spend 30 minutes exploring your company’s wellness programs via the HR portal or employee handbook. List available resources (gym subsidies, mental health apps, wellness workshops) in a spreadsheet or app. 

NOTE: If you are a manager, make time to share all the available wellness program resources with your team members. 

STEP 2: Identify 2-3 your health and stress priorities. Examples:

  • Physical health: Regular exercise or better sleep.
  • Mental health: Stress management or therapy access.
  • Overall well-being: Work-life balance or mindfulness. 

STEP 3: Align wellness programs to your needs. For example:

  • Need: Stress management → Program: Free Headspace subscription.
  • Need: Exercise → Program: Gym reimbursement. Identify underutilized programs and note enrollment steps.

STEP 4: If needed - schedule a 15-minute meeting with HR to clarify program details. Ask:

  • “How do I enroll in [program, e.g., mental health support]?”
  • “Are there new wellness benefits coming?”Â
